Serves 3
400g lean cubed beef
2 red onions
4 carrots
6 decent sized mushrooms
mixed herbs
salt
pepper
3 beef oxo cubes
Completely SYN FREE
1) Brown the meat. Then chop all veg to be put in slow cook.
2) make up stock to 1pint of stock.
3) then jus tleave to cook in slow cook all day. If putting in oven will take 2 hours to cook
4) if gravy is too thin just add thickening granules to thicken. I also use gravy browning
serve with slimming world chips and veg. So filling and yummy. Enjoy!
